Straight out onto the race-track once the lockdown restrictions were lifted was six year old mare Catheadans Fury, winning at Bath over 5 furlongs on 13th August this year under jockey David Probert and trained by Martin & Sarah Bosley from their racing yard at Chalfont St Giles on the edge of the Chiltern Hills near London. Fuelled on Yeoman Haylage since a yearling, Catheadans Fury has already notched up 3 wins to her name.

Training racehorses is second nature for Martin and Sarah as both have had successful careers in racing, each with an impressive tally of wins and titles to their name. Taking after his father who also trained racehorses and was ‘Leading Amateur Jockey’ in the 1950’s, Martin rode his first winner while he was still at school.

No grass was going to grow under their feet during the lockdown as both Martin and Sarah and their team have been busy keeping the horses on top of their game and ready to run.
